Opposing the Annual National Minimum Wage Increase & Exemption Applications:
We understand that business can be tough during difficult economic times, so we assist our members in motivating exemptions from obligations in relation to Bargaining Council collective agreements, Sectoral determinations, and the National Minimum wage. Such temporary exemptions can assist a business to get through tough times.
We also on an annual basis assess the proposed national minimum wage increase and in circumstances where our members believe the proposed increase is too high or unjustified, we assist to draft opposing arguments in relation thereto.
